Jon Salmons is an associate attorney at Baucom Claytor. He primarily focuses his practice in the areas of construction and real estate litigation. In addition to these primary focuses, Jon has years of experience litigating matters in other practice areas including estates, business disputes, commercial and contract disputes, and personal injury claims. Throughout these experiences, Jon has developed a keen skill for arguing in the courtroom and negotiating with opposing parties to ensure that his clients are satisfied. Prior to being admitted, Jon graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a staff member for the school’s Journal for Business and Intellectual Property Law and a member of the school’s award-winning National Trial Team. Jon is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar and admitted in North Carolina, South Carolina, and New Jersey (both state and federal courts). When not lawyering, Jon enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf, and strumming his guitar.
