“I have practiced for 26 years as a trial attorney and have maintained a broad practice in both Federal and State Courts and have tried over a hundred jury trials and bench trials. My focus has been in the three primary areas of Civil law involving motor vehicle accidents, contract disputes and breaches, business divorce and litigation, construction disputes, slander & libel, malicious prosecution, assault & battery, alienation of affections/criminal conversation and various torts. Criminal law involving all misdemeanor and felony cases including traffic, DWI/DUI, involuntary manslaughter, domestic assault, drug cases, white collar crimes, and SEC matters. Domestic law including child custody/support, post separation support/ alimony, complex equitable distribution cases; separation agreements, pre-marital agreements and I am a certified parenting coordinator and have been appointed by the Courts to assist in high conflict custody cases. My experience and hard nosed but fair litigation practice has enabled me to help my clients through very difficult and emotional conflicts.”
